We are committed to delivering tailored services with care and professionalism to meet the specific needs of our clients.Role DescriptionAs a Home Transition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting clients through major life transitions such as, decluttering, organizing, downsizing, relocation, and home cleanouts. This is a client facing position, you’ll work directly with the clients in their homes. You will be working closely with seniors, families, and our team to ensure smooth transitions while upholding our company’s high standards of service.We are hiring for the MetroWest and Greater Boston areas. This is an in-person role, we work in our clients homes. Key ResponsibilitiesSorting & Organizing: Assist clients with sorting, decluttering, and organizing belongings to prepare for a move. Packing and unpacking: Keeping track of Inventory, Pack client belongings, help unpack in their new homes.Estate Clear-Outs, Online Sales & Donations: Assist with organizing for estate sales and online auctions, be onsite for online sale pickup dates, and drop off of donations.Flexibility as other duties may be assigned to support a client or a project. QualificationsAbility to drive to client project sites. Reliable transporting and willingness to travel to client sites within 20 miles of Natick, MAWillingness to learn and be coached. Commitment to a project once assigned. Experience in organizing or decluttering preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with packing and moving.A patient, compassionate, and client-centered approach.A good sense of humor is a must! Moving can be stressful, and a little lightheartedness goes a long way.Must be able to pass a background check.This is a part-time contract, W-2 role. No recruiters please.
