MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:$20.00 an hour plus commissions off services performedResponsible for delivering the Ultimate Client Experience ("UCE") to all current and visiting membersWorks closely with the Image Consultant and Client Relationship Manager to ensure RestorInk clients are onboarded and managed according to HairClub standardsPerforms the initial and ongoing RestorInk services, strictly adhering to local health standards and the directives of the companyFollows the RestorInk service steps as required by the company and the state health department, ensuring that expectations are met or exceededDemonstrates artistry, creativity, good taste, and sound scalp pigmentation skills, leaving the client's scalp and the hair surrounding the area looking naturalCreates and builds relationships with clients to establish credibility and trust in the service and companyKeeps the RestorInk room clean, neat, and in sanitary condition according to company standards, state or provincial health regulations and/or tattooing guidelinesSKILL:Possess appropriate unexpired Certified Tattoo Artist license, as applicable by State regulationsCompleted RestorInk TrainingHas sales acumenDeft at building a professional relationshipSensitive to the needs of the client, as well as the organizationMaintains professional relationship with employees and clientsSensitive to the needs of the client, as well as the organizationAble to work independentlyREQUIREMENTS:Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination formBasic First Aid TrainingsBlood borne Pathogens TrainingTattoo Certification/ Permanent Make up Certification for your stateAble to work under time and pressure, and meet the client's expectationsFlexible to changing schedules and requirementsStands for extended period of timeKeeps nails short and clean during RestorInk treatmentMay work extended hours, as well as a varied work schedule.HairClub is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment for everyone.
