In this dual-function role, you'll own project execution end-to-end: managing scope, budget, and schedule as a Control Account Manager while providing direct construction oversight and leading Superintendent-level staff.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Control Account Manager responsible for scope, cost, and schedule for assigned construction work packagesLead construction crews and subcontractors during active work phases at TA-55Develop and maintain EVMS-compliant cost and schedule baselinesCoordinate with engineering, QA, safety, and nuclear facility operations personnelPresent project performance to federal project managers and DOE oversight personnelManage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with contract requirementsLead daily coordination meetings and pre-job briefingsRequired QualificationsS. Citizenship with active DOE Q Clearance at time of application8+ years of construction project management or superintendent experienceExperience managing cost and schedule on capital construction projectsFamiliarity with EVMS and earned value reportingStrong leadership and communication skills in a field construction environmentPreferred QualificationsDOE, nuclear, or NNSA facility construction management experiencePMP or equivalent PM certificationExperience with DOE O 413.3B project execution requirementsMandatory Requirements - Read Before ApplyingMust be a U.S. Citizen with an active DOE Q Clearance at time of application - no clearance sponsorship availableMust be able to work 100% onsite at TA-55 in Los Alamos, NMMust be available for all shifts including nights, weekends, and graveyard as requiredPoor prior contractor performance at LANL is disqualifying
