We are a fast-growing company with an energetic culture-a great place to work!Job SummaryAlly Waste is hiring for the exciting Bulk Tech position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Bulk Tech role consists of loading furniture and other bulky items to a truck and trailer and hauling it to the landfill. If you are someone who is looking for a reliable full-time job in a rapidly growing industry, we want to talk to you!Duties/ResponsibilitiesUsing a company truck (and possibly trailer), drive to up to 20 properties daily on assigned routeCheck in, take photos, and document bulky items/furniture at each property using our proprietary appLoad heavy items to the truck using stacking techniquesHaul items to the assigned landfillEmpty items from the trailer or truck (depending on equipment used)Work quickly and efficiently to complete pickups in a timely mannerPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs at a timeMust be able to get in and out of truck hundreds dozens of times throughout the shiftMust be able to work quicklyMust be willing to get dirty; can not be afraid of the smells at a landfillMust be able to operate a vehicle safely for 10+ hours at a timeMust be able to work 5 AM to 1 PMDriving RequirementsDriver's license and driving record in good standingCompensation And BenefitsPTO and sick daysHealth benefit options$19-$21 per hour based on experienceOvertime available to top performersOther DetailsThis is not a seasonal position, and we are looking for serious, long-term, full-time employees.
