The Implementation Manager leads implementation projects and experiences for Forj clients. Serving as a primary point of contact during the post-sales implementation phase, the Implementation Manager will guide new and existing clients through the setup and initial configuration stages of their product experience. Applying project management concepts and best practices, each implementation will be organized by this individual and will rely on individual and peer execution for configuration, training, and go-live management. Templates and tools will be created, utilized, and refined such as templates and playbooks to standardize and streamline, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach to onboarding and product adoption.

In this role, you will specialize in:
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients’ implementation phase of the Forj relationship, leveraging understanding of needs gained through internal collaboration with Sales and Client Success.
Organizing implementations as structured experiences including timelines, milestones, meeting facilitation, deliverable tracking, internal resource coordination, risk assessment and mitigation.
Partnering with colleagues in Sales, Client Success, Training, Solutions, and Support to ensure smooth client onboarding experiences.
Managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
Developing templates and playbooks that leverage best practices for a standardized internal approach to implementations, with continual evaluation and refinement inclusive of client feedback and evolution of products.
Fostering constructive activities with clients to ensure they are well-equipped to begin their utilization of Forj products.
Documenting information, decisions, and activities related to each client implementation to support the ongoing relationship.
Develop KPIs and track progress related to implementation timelines, client satisfaction, and implementation outcomes.
We are looking for someone with:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in roles with responsibility for client SaaS implementations.
Experience in defining, organizing, and managing software implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
Excellent relationship management, collaboration, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and influencing skills.
A high sense of ownership, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability for achieving client satisfaction expectations.
Experience with various project management tools and standards, including Gantt charts, project plans, timelines, and task management software.
Ability to understand technical issues and navigate with internal resources to solve.
Strong organizational skills to navigate simultaneous priorities.
A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bonus Points for the following:
Experience managing system migrations.
Experiences working with or around the association industry and related technology solutions.
This role can be remote or hybrid in the Milwaukee, WI area. Relocation support is not available.
