Property Manager

We own 513 apartments (and growing!) throughout the Toledo and Perrysburg area and are looking for an individual with a great attitude. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has reliable transportation and a problem solver. The ideal candidate would be computer savvy, a quick decision maker, and a multi tasker. Job Duties: · Answering the phone · Process Applications & follow up with applicants · Responding to emails & Zillow messages · Writing work orders · Filing · Creating leases & notices of lease violations · Posting notices on apartment doors Hours are Monday-Thursday 9:30-5:30 & Friday 9:30-5 We offer a $2400 health care stipend ($200 paid monthly) for you use to use towards/for your health care insurance premiums, copays etc. We also offer $600 paid time off stipend ($60 paid monthly), Roth IRA match, and rental benefits!
