Mental Health Counselor (QMHP-C), Transporters, Mentors & CSAC's

Job Description We are seeking Mental Health Counselors (QMHP-C), Parent Coaches, transportation specialists, mentors and life skill coaches to join our team! We are expanding and need providers in the Richmond, VA area. You will provide recovery-oriented therapeutic community based services to children and families in need. Must reside in the state of Virginia. Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and implement goal oriented, therapeutic services for individualsCoordination and oversight of initial and ongoing assessment activities.Monitoring of implementation of Individualized Service Plan (ISP).Develop progress notes that describe therapeutic interventions and progress towards goals.Carry out crisis management for their recipients on a face-to-face basis and also telephonically at all times (24/7/365), with capacity for face-to-face emergency response within 2 hours.Inform & assist, arrange for the recipient to access, and receive benefits and services within the community as well as monitor the provision of those services.Receive clinical supervision twice per month (one individual and one group).Clean driving record for transporters.
