Ideal Candidates: College or trade school students Current and former athletes Individuals with military experience Those entering or re-entering the workforce seeking on-the-job learning and advancement Responsibilities: Safely load, unload, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings Assemble and disassemble furniture Handle customers’ belongings with care Communicate effectively with team members and clients Provide exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial clients Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring complete satisfaction Safely operate trucks and equipment Perform daily truck inspections and maintain supplies Make logistical decisions regarding disposal, donations, recycling, and job completion Prevent careless mistakes and maintain client satisfaction Check in regularly with supervisors for assignments and guidance Benefits: Personal Development: Focused on professional and personal growth.
