Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting clients with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with clients, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, and previous customer service experience preferred.
