Equipment Coordinator - (Medical Devices)
Machine Build Readiness CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Machine Build Readiness Coordinator to support machine design and assembly operations. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing materials, as well as coordinating between teams to ensure all required components and documentation are available and accurate.Key Responsibilities:Receive and check in COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) parts and custom machine componentsMonitor and track the status of outstanding parts to ensure timely availabilityConsolidate and stage COTS and machined components in preparation for assemblyObtain, print, and organize required documentation (e.g., TLAs, schematics, work instructions)Act as a liaison between technicians, the machine shop, and requesters to resolve issues such as incorrect, missing, or delayed partsPackage, crate, and pallet completed kits for shipmentNotify requesters upon completion and readiness for deliveryQualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelEffective communication skills and ability to coordinate across teamsMechanically inclined with general technical understanding (preferred)Basic familiarity with SolidWorks (preferred)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaborativelyAble to perform occasional physically demanding tasks, including lifting and material handlingNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
