The Representative drives revenue by selling the company's low voltage, security and networking/IT solutions to commercial and institutional clients. They will require a blend of technical abilities, consultative selling skills, and strong client relationship building.Responsibilities:Meet sales goals and performance targetsPromote and explain the company's products and servicesIdentify and prospect new clientsConduct daily prospect visits to understand needs, propose personalized solutionsMaintain and update client database and CRMCollaborate with Operations and Administrative teams to ensure timely installation and client supportMonitor market trends and provide valuable market feedback to management for strategic commercial adjustmentsGenerate proposals and actively follow up on prospective sales to closureRequirements:Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusMUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screenMinimum 1 year in B2B sales in the technology sector or similar roles although training will be provided for the right candidatesValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to drive up to 50% of the time or moreAbility to use digital tools, CRM, and communication toolsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving and handling customer objectionsMEMCO is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
