Junior Associate Attorney (Commercial Lending and Real Estate)

About the PositionRick Steiner Fell & Benowitz LLP is seeking an attorney with experience in C&I, asset-based lending, and commercial finance. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex deals and provide strategic counsel to a diverse client base of institutional lenders and corporate borrowers, with exposure from initial term sheet through post-closing compliance and direct client contact.Responsibilities & Qualifications Review credit memorandums.Draft, review and negotiate financing documents, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, guaranties and security agreements.Review title reports, surveys, leases, entity organizational documents and manage due diligenceAssist in managing closing logistics.Ideal CandidateHighly qualified C&I, finance or real estate associate with 1-3 years of law firm experience in commercial lending transactions on behalf of institutional lenders or new attorneys with a demonstrable interest in lending, banking and real estate.Self-starterAttention to detailBar Admission in any state, pending application, or ability to waive-in, is requiredCompensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and a friendly working environment. The salary range for this position if $85,000-$120,000/yr.
