A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Citrus Heights, CA, within a school setting. This role focuses on supporting students with speech and language disorders through thorough evaluation, individualized treatment, and collaborative care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challengesDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with individual goalsProvide targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skillsCarefully monitor and document patient progress and outcomesCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionalsEngage families in therapy processes, providing education and support to enhance outcomesQualifications and Experience:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as an SLPCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferredExperience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skills essentialAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamLicensure Requirements:Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in CaliforniaMaster's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalentThis position offers comprehensive support from a dedicated advisory team of experienced SLPs based in the state, ensuring professional guidance and growth throughout your contract.Qualified candidates interested in contributing to student success through evidence-based speech and language interventions are encouraged to apply today.
