Key Responsibilities*Work directly with the various team members to monitor schedules, troubleshoot delays, and ensure all products ship on time.*Serve as a point of contact for warranty inquiries and sales calls.*Follow orders through their entire lifecycle-from initial customer engagement and vendor coordination to final processing.*Be proactive throughout the factory. Must be comfortable and using Microsoft Office, eBay, and general business software. A proactive willingness to learn new programs is required.
