Overview As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Copilot DFM team, you own the ML lifecycle for vision-language models that parse manufacturing drawings and design intent. You’ll build end-to-end systems that interpret manufacturing data, replacing OCR pipelines with unified architectures. You’ll work with core engineers to create annotation tooling, active learning, and synthetic data strategies, and shape the AI platform roadmap. This role directly impacts factory automation at scale, accelerating precision and efficiency in aerospace manufacturing.
