Job Description
This Role reports to the Operations Manager and exists to own the firm's work intake and planning system, improve processes and drive operational efficiency. Ensure no client or internal work—especially one-off and non-standard tasks—falls through the cracks by enforcing clear planning, ownership, and follow-through in the client practice management system - Canopy.We're not a traditional accounting firm.
