Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Cambridge, MA for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that enhance user engagement and functionality. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, performing usability tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and refining designs based on feedback. The role involves working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and impactful user experience. Qualifications Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDExperience in user-centered design, wireframing, information architecture, and prototypingSkills in usability testing, interaction design, and responsive designStrong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of design standards, trends, and best practices for web and mobile applicationsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality workBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with front-end development and understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
