Location:Albuquerque, New MexicoSalary Range:Competitive and commensurate with experienceIntroductionAs a Network & Security Engineer, you will oversee the entire Network and Security Architecture, coordinating with design, implementation, and troubleshooting teams to ensure seamless operations. You will be part of a dynamic learning culture that values teamwork, collaboration, and diversity.Required Skills & Qualifications8 years of IT experience in design, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex Network & Security devices, Network Security, and Linux Kernel Programming.CCNP or equivalent certifications required; CCIE is optional.Strong knowledge of Routing (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and Switching (Nexus switches, VPC, VDC, VXLAN, HSRP, STP, Etherchannel).Experience with Multi-vendor firewalls like Cisco FTD, Paloalto, Panorama, VPN (IPsec, Site to Site, Remote access), Loadbalancer (Citrix or F5), Cisco Client (AAA), and Monitoring tools such as Solarwinds.Hands-on experience with Automation/Network Scripting.Ability to install, configure, and maintain networks and related hardware (Cisco 29XX, 35XX, 37XX, 45XX, 65XX), Nexus (9k & 7K), ASR, and software.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with NSX, Cloud Network (Azure), and Gigamon (TA, HC1P, Taps).Familiarity with Security protocols like RADIUS and TACACS.Strong documentation and time management skills.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and assess computer/network architecture requirements to determine optimum, cost-effective solutions.Provide project management support for implementation, installation, configuration, and technical support of computer and network architecture.Participate in inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies as per the defined process.Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products.Company Benefits & CultureEncourages a learning culture with opportunities for professional growth.Values diversity and promotes a collaborative work environment.Offers competitive benefits and a supportive work-life balance.For immediate consideration, please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
