Sales Development Representative (Entry-level)

We are looking for a competent Sales Development Representative to join our energetic team, one who is passionate about learning, growth and tech.SDR Career growth at Intaker:The SDR program at Intaker is designed to take junior SDRs' careers to the next level within 12-18 months of joining. The growth plan includes three promotions every 4-6 months before graduating from SDR to Account Executive. SDR promotions include raising compensation, creating new responsibilities, and increasing quotas. The promotion requirements are simple: Exceed the quota and help your peers exceed theirs.Sales Development Training & Ramp-up:First 7 days: Know the product suite and understand the sales ops.First 30 days: Master lead qualification methods and respond to advance objections.First 60 days: More coaching and Ramp up to your quota.First 90 days: Learn to unlearn and start coaching other juniors.SDR Responsibilities:Multi-channel cold outreach to at least 80+ prospects a dayUpdate and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRMConsistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities/meetings setTrain junior SDRs after a few months of joiningConstantly raise the bar and improve performanceMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, communication or a related fieldNo formal sales experience is required for this rolePrior work experience that demonstrates dependability, work ethic, and a strong desire to succeedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:• Estimated total earnings: ~$63,000• Base Salary: From ~$47,000• On-Target Earnings: ~$10,000 [at quota]• Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year• Healthcare benefits: Health, dental and vision plans• Retirement: 401(k) plan with up to 4% matchMore Perks:Unlimited snacks, coffee & moreHappy hour ThursdaysBusiness tripsAwesome career growth opportunities
