We established our company to set a new standard and support contractors facing these same concerns.Today, we're the leading pipeline manufacturer, offering innovative solutions including Global Dry Liner, Wet-Out Capabilities, REFRATTA HAC 100, Fiber Flex Liner, and EcoLinerzero-emissions technology that's changing the industry.Position OverviewWe're seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This critical leadership role will oversee all sales operations, develop market expansion strategies, and build lasting relationships with contractors, municipalities, and industry partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple territoriesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goalsBuild strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, and industry stakeholdersIdentify new market opportunities in pipeline rehabilitation and trenchless technologyOversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM operationsResponsible for driving specifications/product approvals with engineers and municipalities.Represent the company at industry conferences and trade showsCollaborate with manufacturing, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisionsMust-Have Qualifications5+ years in CIPP, pipeline rehabilitation, or water/wastewater infrastructure salesProven track record managing customer relationships and revenue growthExperience in Southeast or Mid-Atlantic markets preferredTechnical understanding of trenchless technology and liner manufacturingAbility to travel to customer sites and industry eventsNice-to-Have QualificationsExisting book of business in target markets (FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, VA, AL, LA, TX)Previous experience with wetout operations or manufacturingRelationships with municipalities, contractors, and engineering firmsKnowledge of ASTM standards and EPA regulationsExperience managing sales teams or training junior representativesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commissionComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchProfessional development opportunities and industry conference attendanceCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceOpportunity to shape the future of a leading manufacturer in a growing industryCollaborative, contractor-focused culture that values innovation and customer serviceWe understand the industry because we've lived it.
