OverviewAs a Sales Associate at Cider, you will deliver an engaging customer experience while supporting daily store operations. We welcome candidates from any service-related background who are passionate about fashion and retail and can adapt to a fast-paced store environment.Key Responsibilities1.Engage customers and provide friendly, confident service2.Understand customer needs and recommend products or styling options3.Drive sales through active customer interaction4.Support fitting room, cashier, and sales floor operations5.Maintain visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor6.Assist with restocking, inventory handling, and store organization7.Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals1.Experience in any service-oriented role (retail, hospitality, food & beverage, customer service, etc.)2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills3.Passion for fashion, trends, and retail4.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment5.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
