Senior Customer Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for a contract job with a client in Newark, DE (Onsite).Rate Range: $30/hour to $34/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Role Overview:We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to support laptop configuration, deployment, and end-user support. The role involves working onsite, ensuring smooth delivery of IT services and providing excellent customer support to users.Key Responsibilities:Configure and deploy laptops for end usersPerform laptop imaging, setup, and validationProvide strong onsite customer support for hardware and basic software issuesTroubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to devices and connectivitySupport Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activitiesCollaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of servicesAct as a point of contact for user queries and technical assistanceTechnical Environment & Required Skills:Hands-on experience with laptop imaging and deploymentBasic knowledge of desktop support and troubleshootingFamiliarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plusNice-to-Have Skills:Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as a team playerExperience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing toolsPrior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantageIf you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
