This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful client interaction, increasing autonomy, and the ability to build long-term influence within an established estate planning and elder law practice.Candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The role can be shaped based on experience, with stronger mentorship and development for a newer attorney and greater independence for a more experienced candidate.Experience in estate planning, elder law, probate, trust and estate administration, Medicaid planning, tax, or adjacent private client work may be a strong fit for this role.About The RoleDepending on your current experience and leadership goals, this role offers the opportunity to support and help grow the Brooklyn office while managing estate planning and elder law matters with appropriate guidance and increasing independence.This may include meeting with clients, identifying planning goals, developing legal strategies, drafting and reviewing documents, leading or participating in signing meetings, and helping ensure each client receives a smooth, supportive, and well-organized experience.You will be supported by an onsite intake coordinator and firm leadership that continues to drive business development.
