Cage Cashier The Cage Cashier/Player Services Rep is responsible for the redemption of tickets/vouchers, redemption of chips, performing Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions for guests and assuring that guest have a favorable gaming experience. Essential duties and responsibilities include cashing customers out, giving correct change, and answering customer questions in a courteous and professional manner. Accurately count and record assigned funds and make exchanges of funds throughout the shift. Assure that guests have a favorable gaming experience. Keep cash drawer balanced and impressed. Make exchanges with vault. Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions. Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs. Responsible for customer relations. Ensure safety and security of employees and customers. Fill-in as a Main Banker when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Education and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months cashiering or banking experience preferred. Must be able to obtain license to work at facility from regulatory body. Prerequisites: Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights. Physical requirements and working conditions include sitting or standing; walking; using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; and talking or hearing. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is subjected to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines.
