The studio is committed to helping clients feel more at home in their bodies through thoughtful, individualized care.Role DescriptionThis is a flexible part-time role for a Medical Outreach & Relationship Coordinator. The role involves helping expand professional referral relationships with plastic surgeons, breast centers, medical providers, wellness organizations, and related communities. Responsibilities may include outreach calls and emails, mailing introduction packets, tracking contacts and follow-ups, coordinating meetings or events, and helping strengthen community and professional partnerships aligned with the studio’s mission and values.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfort speaking with medical offices and professional contactsHighly organized and able to manage follow-ups independentlyExperience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, nonprofit outreach, patient coordination, or relationship management is a plusWarm, professional, and emotionally intelligent approachPart-time, freelance, or flexible experience welcomed
