You'll ensure our systems are strong, our policies are practical, and our people feel supported without slowing down the pace that defines us.ResponsibilitiesOwn and build the overall people and culture strategy across all regionsCreate and implement HR policies that are practical, scalable, and aligned with how the company operatesEnsure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictionsDesign onboarding experiences that set employees up for success from day oneLead performance management frameworks that are clear, fair, and growth-focusedRun exit processes and translate insights into meaningful retention improvementsPartner with Finance on payroll, benefits, and compensation structures across marketsOversee visa processes and global mobility requirementsAct as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational design, team structure, and scaling decisionsGuide and oversee recruitment to ensure hiring is efficient and aligned with business goalsBuild a strong internal culture of accountability, ownership, and high performanceServe as the primary point of contact for complex people-related mattersRequirements5-7 years of HR experience, with leadership exposure in fast-paced or high-growth environmentsStrong track record of building HR policies and systems from the ground upMulti-country experience is a plusExperience working across different cultures and geographiesAbility to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environmentStrong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretionExcellent communication skills and ability to build trust with both employees and leadershipHands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and at an execution levelComfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
