AI & JavaScript Technical Coordinator

EasyMLS is a fast-growing SaaS platform for the yachting industry (MLS, CRM, AI-powered tools, multi-portal distribution). We're looking for a sharp, motivated person to come to our Miami office every day and become the technical right hand of the founder. This is not a coding-only role. You'll sit between the founder and the development team: the founder writes tickets in Linear, and you make sure they get built correctly, on time, and actually work — without him having to check every single day. *Responsibilities:* * Turn founder instructions into clear Linear tickets, and follow up with developers until each one is verified done, not just closed * QA every deployment yourself on staging before it's called finished; catch bugs and report clearly * Work directly in our JavaScript stack (Next.js/React): read code, understand what developers are doing, spot when something is off * Set up and improve our AI tooling: Claude, Grok, and API integrations across the product and internal workflows * Reorganize and clean up our Zoho CRM (fields, automations, deduplication, workflows) * Improve our email marketing and outbound campaigns using AI (better copy, smarter targeting, automation) * Be the person the founder can trust to say "it's done and it works" *Requirements:* * Strong with AI tools (Claude, GPT, Grok), building things with them, not just using them * Solid JavaScript/API skills, comfortable reading and testing a Next.js/React codebase * Organized, precise, and honest, if something isn't done, you say so * Some exposure to Zoho CRM or a similar CRM, or a fast learner willing to master it * Able to commute to our Miami office every day * Fluent English; French or Spanish a plus *Why join us:* Direct access to the founder, real ownership from day one, and the chance to shape how a growing SaaS company uses AI across product and operations.
