Director of Property Management

Running a confidential search for a Director of Asset & Property Management on behalf of a private real estate investment group based in South Florida.This is a hybrid, hands-on seat. The platform owns and operates a select portfolio of commercial assets and is in an active phase of operational build-out. The person we hire will own asset-level financial performance and be physically present at the buildings — walking the properties, managing vendors, and handling day-to-day operations directly.What the role covers:• Full ownership of financials, CAMs, forecasting, and variance reporting• Day-to-day property operations, vendors, and on-site staff• Oversight of CapEx, repairs, and tenant buildouts• End-to-end leasing progression, from LOI through tenant opening• Building SOPs, reporting structure, and operational disciplineWho I am looking to speak to:• Senior operators with hybrid asset and property management experience in CRE• Strong financial fluency — CAMs, budgets, NOI, audit-ready reporting• Genuinely hands-on — happy to walk a building, chase a contractor, sit with a tenant• Comfortable in a non-corporate, founder-led environment• Polished, structured, and able to elevate operational standards across a portfolioCompensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
