We have strong ties to the local community and are committed to providing a rewarding work environment for our employees.The general duties of our positions include but are not limited to the following:Operating machinery and other industrial equipment to produce bearings, bushings, and washers for the automotive and heavy duty industries in a fast paced environmentResponsible for producing quality partsReading blueprintsUse of gagesSetting up and troubleshooting pieces of equipment in minimum timeUse of computers to input and retrieve dataWorking in a team environmentOther duties as assignedPosition requirements and experience:Ability to work any shift (1st 7a-3pm, 2nd 3p-11p, 3rd 11p-7a)Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not requiredAll shifts may require daily or weekend overtime (Saturday Availability is a must!)Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Pay and Benefits:Competitive Wages! Employees have the ability to make up to $21.47/hour after 4 months of employment and up to $21.62/hour after 5 months of employment (Starting wage of $19.73).
