Or a permanent schedule of Tuesday-Saturday w/ Sun, Mon off; Or a permanent schedule of Sunday-Thursday w/ Friday and Saturday off- Based on agency needs at time of Contract Call Requirements: No overnight call. Call back required 2-4 times a month between the hours of 1700-2000. You will be told by 1700 on that day if an extra visit is needed. If by 1700 there is no visit scheduled, you do not stay on call. Years of Experience: At least 2 years Float Requirements: None Education & Certifications Required: Required Certifications (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): BLS Education Modules (will this be consistent for all similar skillset on unit or specific to this Position Request): Unit Information: Patient Ratios: Case Manage 20-25 patient with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day; may use as re-vistor if agency needs change at any time during contract Equipment: Clinician will be assigned an agency lap top and I phone with case and chargers, mouse, a nursing supply bin, nursing bag with vital signs equipment and an INR machine along with agency bag. All must be returned upon departure. EMR: EPIC Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Epic and OASIS experience, Home Health Preferred Skillset/Experience: IV therapy, tube feeds, VAC dressings, compression wraps, port access, ostomies, chest tubes, S/p catheters, lad draw,etc. Type of Patients on Unit: Adult med surg/oncology/Cardiac/Neurological/Respiratory/ Wound Care/GI/GU patient Personality Fit: Organized, Collaborative, team approach, good communication, good at time management and documentation open to feedback to improve practice or workflow Dress Code: Scrub Color: business casual or scrubs (any color).
