This 12-month contract opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about customer support, fluent in English and another language, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures in both English and the required second language. Assist customers with order placement, returns, shipment tracking, and account-related support. Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to senior representatives or management when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and service resolutions within internal systems. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay current on company products, processes, and customer service best practices. Support additional administrative duties, data entry tasks, and operational needs as assigned. Required Qualifications Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications Fluency in English and a second language, both verbal and written. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment. Basic computer proficiency and experience using email, chat, or customer management systems. Professional demeanor with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or administrative roles. Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
