Dental Assistant

*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Expanding Duty Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality dental care and support to our patients. *Duties* - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Set up and prepare equipment and instruments - Take dental x-rays - Take and maintain accurate patient notes and records - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures, Including but not limited to ; fabrication of Temporaries, Crowns,Implant and Exrtactions surgery Assisting, etc - Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies *Qualifications* - Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and protocols - Familiarity with prosthodontics and aseptic techniques - Proficiency in medical coding, dental clinic systems, and medical imaging - Understanding of medical terminology - Experience with software such as Dentrix and Dental Inteligence is a plus.
