The role involves leading AI/ML projects, building scalable models, and guiding engineering teams to deliver high-performance AI applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop machine learning models and AI solutionsLead ML projects and mentor engineering teamsBuild and optimize data pipelines and model deployment processesMonitor model performance and improve accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams on AI strategy and implementationEnsure scalability, security, and reliability of ML systemsMaintain technical documentation and best practicesRequired Skills:Strong knowledge of machine learning, AI, and data science conceptsExperience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorchFamiliarity with cloud platforms and MLOps toolsExperience with data processing, APIs, and model deploymentLeadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fieldExperience leading AI/ML teams or projectsKnowledge of deep learning and large-scale AI systems
