Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. The caseload will be determined in coordination with the district, ensuring alignment with your professional strengths.To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)Professional licensure in Georgia and active credential with ASHACurrent Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GA PSC) license (recently required)Experience in a school setting preferredStrong collaboration, communication, and organization skillsWillingness to work onsite (remote options are not available)Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing steps such as fingerprinting and drug screeningKey responsibilities include:Assessing and identifying speech, language, and communication needsProviding direct therapy to students according to IEP requirementsConsulting with teachers, families, and administrative staffDocumenting services and tracking student progress in compliance with school policiesParticipating in multidisciplinary meetings and IEP developmentBecoming part of this contract means you'll gain valuable experience supporting a vibrant school community, with opportunities to expand your skills and network.
