This role drives operational excellence, leads international teams, strengthens global processes, and ensures alignment with corporate growth objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Global Operational LeadershipLead and manage global operations across multiple regions and business units.Develop and execute global operational strategies aligned with company goals.Ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all markets.Build scalable processes to support long-term international expansion.2. Performance & Process OptimizationEstablish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.Drive continuous improvement, lean operations, Six Sigma, and operational best practices.Optimize supply chain, logistics, production, and service delivery functions.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with finance, HR, technology, marketing, and regional GM teams.Ensure smooth coordination between regions and headquarters.Lead global projects that drive operational standardization and efficiency.4.
