In this role, you'll drive high-quality patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a collaborative, patient-centered environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise all home health clinical operations and staffEnsure quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plansMaintain compliance with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and state regulationsOversee staff hiring, training, performance, and schedulingDrive performance improvement and ensure accurate clinical documentationCoordinate interdisciplinary care and serve as a key liaison with physiciansManage patient admissions, discharges, and overall care deliveryRequired QualificationsActive RN license3+ years in home health or healthcare (leadership experience preferred)Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medi-Cal regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with EMR systems and Microsoft OfficeWhy Join us?We are committed to our employees' well-being, offering a comprehensive employee benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:· Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, EAP, 401(K) with 4% match· Paid time off and paid holidays· Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (role dependent), plus fuel card· Employee referral program and opportunities for growth and advancementSalary Range: $140,000-$150,000
