Job SummaryThe Site Merchandising Associate will support the evolution of the digital shopping experience by executing site merchandising initiatives that blend creative storytelling with data-driven decision making. The Senior Site Merchandising Associate will focus on translating merchandising strategy into compelling, customer-centric site experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and discovery.The Senior Site Merchandising Associate will bring strategic vision to life across the homepage, collection and landing pages, navigation, filters, and other merchandising levers. This position requires strong product intuition, comfortability with performance data, and a creative eye for how products are curated and presented online. ResponsibilitiesPartner on homepage content updates, translating strategy into thoughtful layouts, product groupings, and storytelling moments, ensuring content reflects brand standards & prioritiesSupport the execution and ongoing optimization of collection and landing pages, ensuring clear organization, intuitive flow, and strong shopabilityCoordinate navigation, filter, and search optimizations to improve product discovery, findability, and overall customer experienceMonitor site performance using key e-commerce metrics (conversion, revenue, engagement, search behavior) and surface insights and opportunities for optimizationPartner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across the siteEvaluate product data keeping a pulse on item selling and inventory health to inform decisions around site content and seasonalityAssist in testing and learning initiatives, including AB testing, related to site experience, merchandising presentation, and navigation improvementsPartner on personalization and recommendation strategy (e.g., product recommendations, recently viewed, trending, dynamic modules) to increase discovery and AOVSupport newness, key item, and campaign launches by executing site updates aligned to marketing calendars and merchandising prioritiesOwn site QA and merchandising accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, availability, imagery, links, badges, and product data across key experiencesSupport SEO and GEO initiatives by optimizing collection page structure, internal linking, and on-site content to improve organic traffic and customer discoveryComfortable making decisions using both quantitative insights and qualitative customer behaviorAbility to identify opportunities independently, propose improvements, and influence cross-functional partners through insights and clear recommendationsMaintain a holistic view of the customer journey and proactively identify opportunities to improve how customers browse and shopStay up to date on competitive landscape, conducting analyses and feature/functionality compsSkills/ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field3-5+ years of experience in site merchandising, digital merchandising, or e-commerce for a consumer or lifestyle brandExperience working within Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience preferred)Comfortable working with data and analytics to inform merchandising and content decisionsFamiliarity with site merchandising tools, search and filter platforms, and content-driven e-commerce experiencesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
