As a Electronics Program Management Associate Manager, you will lead a team of program managers and project engineers in the execution of cutting edge space electronics development programs. This position responsibilities will require 50% functional management and 50% direct program management execution.Basic Qualifications• Must be comfortable leading a wide variety of electronics and digital projects with consideration for cost and schedule requirements • Technical degree • Familiarity working in classified environments • Project/Program Management experience required • Must be willing to travel to customer, supplier, and end user facilities (between 10-25%) • Experience briefing senior leadership • Must have communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel and internal and external customers. • Innovative problem solver that can resolve issues • Knowledge on project and program management methodology and techniques • Understanding of program execution and how program performance effects business operations • Ability to accomplish business / program goals without day to day direction / tasking • Working knowledge of program cost/scheduling tools (Microsoft Teams, Project, Excel, Power Point, etc.). • Must have previous CAM experience • Knowledge on budgeting a financial analysis • Knowledge of Risk & Opportunity Management processes and techniques • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearanceJob DescriptionLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
