As a Electronics Program Management Associate Manager, you will lead a team of program managers and project engineers in the execution of cutting edge space electronics development programs. This position responsibilities will require 50% functional management and 50% direct program management execution.Basic Qualifications• Must be comfortable leading a wide variety of electronics and digital projects with consideration for cost and schedule requirements • Technical degree • Familiarity working in classified environments • Project/Program Management experience required • Must be willing to travel to customer, supplier, and end user facilities (between 10-25%) • Experience briefing senior leadership • Must have communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel and internal and external customers. • Innovative problem solver that can resolve issues • Knowledge on project and program management methodology and techniques • Understanding of program execution and how program performance effects business operations • Ability to accomplish business / program goals without day to day direction / tasking • Working knowledge of program cost/scheduling tools (Microsoft Teams, Project, Excel, Power Point, etc.). • Must have previous CAM experience • Knowledge on budgeting a financial analysis • Knowledge of Risk & Opportunity Management processes and techniques • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearanceJob DescriptionLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
