Project Manager - US Marketing Portfolio TransformationCincinnati, OH6-Month ContractThe Biosurgery Project Manager, US Portfolio Transformation, is a fixed duration role. Reporting to the US Biosurgery Platform Portfolio Transformation Lead, this position is a central implementation and enablement role within US Marketing. You’re managing the day to day timeline and execution in the Biosurgery platform and tracking pilot programs and initiatives for the US market execution. In close alignment with US Biosurgery Brand and cross-functional teammates, you will actively monitor the implementation and timelines of such programs.Lead day-to-day project management ensuring clear scope, milestones, deliverables, and accountable owners.Establish and maintain an execution cadence (workback plans, stakeholder check-ins, risk/issue tracking) for key deliverables.Establish learning capture feedback loops, including defined success metrics, structured collection of field/customer insights, and synthesis of lessons learned into recommendations for scale.Drive operational execution deliverables by escalating blockers and aligning decisions to ensure on-time delivery.Minimum Education:Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields of study in Business or Marketing.Related Experience:4+ years’ experience in project/program management, marketing operations, or commercial enablement (medical device/healthcare preferred).Experience driving cross-functional workstreams with clear scope, milestones, owners, and timeline management (e.g., pilot programs, launches, or complex initiatives).Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint; plus Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar) and comfort building status updates and executive-ready reporting.Strong analytical skills, including comfort with Excel and dashboards to define pilot success metrics, track KPIs, and synthesize insights/lessons learned.Experience in medical devices/MedTech and familiarity with US commercial workflows (Sales, Marketing, KAM) and hospital/customer dynamics preferred.Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment, including facilitating decisions, managing risks/issues, and driving follow-through.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong project management skills: define scope, build workback plans, manage dependencies, and deliver against deadlines across multiple pilot charters.Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment (Marketing, Sales, KAM, Sales Administration, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain) by setting governance cadences, communicating clearly, and escalating risks/issues with recommended paths forward.Working knowledge of the US MedTech/Surgery landscape and how portfolio and marketing initiatives are enabled through the field (training, materials, processes).Ability to define success metrics, track pilot performance, and translate quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable insights and recommendations.Comfort working across common US commercial systems and data sources to produce clear, consistent tracking and stakeholder-ready updates.Test-and-learn mindset with strong problem solving to adapt plans, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve pilot execution and enablement.Ability to build and execute implementation plans that support change adoption (field enablement, training, communications) and sustainable rollout of new initiatives.Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to create concise, stakeholder ready updates and lead working sessions with cross-functional teams.Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement training/certification is a plus.Disclaimer:Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
