This role sits at the center of our sales organization, supporting business development, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring consistent execution across all stages of the client engagement process.The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proactive. This individual will serve as a key resource for CRM management, lead tracking, LinkedIn engagement, client coordination, and market research, helping drive efficiency, visibility, and growth across the team. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & CRM OperationsManage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data, timely follow-ups, and clear visibility into team activityMaintain, audit, and organize records in Bullhorn, HubSpot, and related CRM systemsBuild and update target lists, lead reports, and email sequences to support outreach effortsGenerate and distribute weekly sales performance reports and dashboardsTrack outreach metrics, client engagement, and placement activityPartner with Client Success and Recruiting teams to ensure alignment on active accountsResearch & Market IntelligenceConduct company, industry, and contact research to identify new business opportunitiesUtilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io for prospecting and territory mappingAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and client data to inform sales strategyPresent insights in a clear, actionable format for business development initiativesLinkedIn & Lead GenerationSupport outbound lead generation through LinkedIn messaging, content engagement, and email campaignsBuild and maintain prospect pipelines within target accountsAssist with drafting outreach messaging, ensuring a professional and personalized approachTrack engagement metrics and optimize outreach strategiesScheduling & CoordinationCoordinate meetings with clients, prospects, and internal teamsPrepare pre-call materials, including agendas and research briefsManage post-meeting follow-ups, ensure notes and next steps are documented and communicatedMaintain calendars, reminders, and task trackers for key sales activitiesOperational Support & OptimizationStreamline administrative workflows to improve team efficiencySupport onboarding and training of new team members on CRM and internal systemsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reporting accuracyServe as a liaison between sales, marketing, and recruiting to ensure consistent communication and data integrity Qualifications1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles (professional services or staffing preferred)Strong proficiency in Bullhorn, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ZoomInfo or Apollo.io is a plusStrong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentSelf-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetMust be based in Charlotte, NC and comfortable working in-office full-time Why Join Search Solution GroupCompetitive compensation and benefitsHigh-performance, team-oriented environmentDirect exposure to executive sales and recruiting operationsOpportunity to grow within a fast-scaling organizationCollaborative culture built on accountability, performance, and professional developmentAdditional duties may be assigned based on business needs
