Location: Houston, Texas, United StatesEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Quality AssuranceCompany: SingletonetPosition OverviewSingletonet is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for ensuring the reliability, quality, and performance of enterprise software systems through systematic testing and quality validation processes.The QA Engineer will design and execute test strategies to validate application functionality, performance, and system reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Testing & ValidationDevelop comprehensive test plans and test cases for enterprise applications.Execute functional, integration, and regression testing to validate system functionality.Identify, document, and track software defects through the software development lifecycle.Test AutomationDevelop automated test scripts to validate application functionality.Maintain automated testing frameworks to support continuous testing processes.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Performance & Reliability TestingConduct performance testing and load testing for enterprise applications.Identify system performance issues and work with engineering teams to resolve them.Quality Assurance ProcessesCollaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.Ensure software releases meet defined quality criteria before deployment.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldExperience in software testing and quality assurance practices.Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience with automated testing tools and frameworksKnowledge of performance testing toolsFamiliarity with Agile software development processesJ-18808-Ljbffr
