This hybrid role combines project management, business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to help deliver impactful business and technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesManage cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and status reportingPartner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirementsTranslate business needs into user stories, process flows, and actionable solution plansSupport AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives by defining use cases and success criteriaCoordinate with IT, engineering, data, AI, and business stakeholders to drive successful project executionAssist with change management, adoption planning, and user enablementSupport IT budget tracking, reporting, and process improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred3–7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid PM/BA roleExperience working in cross-functional, matrixed environmentsStrong communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plansAI or digital transformation experience is a plus, but not required
