It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.Job DescriptionResponsibilities: The Executive Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing support to include, but not limited to:Managing active calendars, written and telephone communication, and documentation scanning and filing.Arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries in compliance with policy and procedure to optimize use of Executive's time and schedule, and processing expense reports in a timely manner.Coordinating leadership team meetings including developing agenda and content, communications and meeting logistics, meeting minutes as required, and ensuring required technical supportProcessing invoices and purchase orders ensuring payment fulfillment.Managing interview schedules for department positions.Creating communication, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for executive level projects.Partnering with team members on critical project tracking and reporting.Team member in planning and executing special events (i.e. Senior Leadership Team meetings, recognition awards, company events etc). Education And ExperienceHigh School diploma (or equivalent) required with minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience scheduling and managing calendars of management/executives with attention to accuracy and detail.Experience processing expense reports and purchase orders.Vice President or above support experience required.Must have professional demeanor and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives requiredAbility to handle internal and external information and matters with utmost confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement requiredStrong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task requiredStrong critical thinking skills and the ability to address and solve problems quickly required.
