CSR- Customer Service Representative - Hastings

Gotham Tax Service is a local, family-owned business in 2002. Gotham Tax has seven locations in the Twin Cities area. We specialize in friendly, reasonably-priced tax preparation with experienced preparers. Because we are a small business, we can keep our prices lower than our competitors, while still maintaining a high quality process.. Our work environment includes: On-the-job training Safe work environment Relaxed atmosphere We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for Evenings & Saturdays. Monday-Friday 4:30pm-7pm Saturday 8:30am-5pm Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls Greet & welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office Scan documents Monitor printers and distribute printed papers to the Preparer that printed them Scan client documents File folders into their proper alphabetical order Ensure that there are sufficient supplies and restock desks as necessary Maintain a clean office Manage the CSR email in a timely manner. Requirements: Experience with multi-line telephone networks Previous experience working in customer service Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients Excellent time-management skills Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking Good attention to detail Can properly operate office equipment (ie. Scanner) Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required Willing to ask for assistance when needed If you're organized and enjoy working with people, we invite you to apple for the position of CSR - Customer Service Representative.
