Serving the community of Union County, NJ, the Center operates an esteemed redidential facility in Scotch Plains, NJ. In addition, the organization offers care to patients in private homes or other facilities. The Center is driven by a mission to provide support, comfort, and dignity to patients during their end-of-life journey. Role Description The Staff Registered Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based in Scotch Plains, NJ. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to patients in our facility. The nurse will be tasked with assessing patient needs, administering medications, creating and implementing care plans, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care for patients is an essential part of this role.
