Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plant machinery and equipment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues with industrial equipment, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety codes. ResponsibilitiesRepair industrial equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Complete preventative maintenance tasks regularly. Identify and diagnose problems, implementing corrective actions promptly. Ensure all electrical systems operate properly and comply with safety codes. Document preventative maintenance and repairs in the company's Enterprise Resource Planning Tool (IQMS). Propose recommendations for efficiency, safety, or waste reduction. Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with industrial electrical systems, preferably 480 volt. Ability to install and program electrical systems and read electrical prints. Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems like IQMS or SAP. Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of standard concepts and practices within the manufacturing/maintenance field. Ability to work independently. Possession of personal tools is typically required. Previous manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred.
