Human Services of Faribault and Martin Counties is seeking applicants for a full-time (40 hours per week) Planner (Human Services) Regional Healthy Families America (HFA) Program Manager position serving Public Health home visiting programs in Faribault, Martin, Watonwan, Nicollet, Le Sueur, Waseca, Cottonwood and Jackson counties. Entry salary range is $30.91 - $33.72 per hour. Full pay range is: $30.91 - $42.04. This is a hybrid (remote office location) position. This position ensures program excellence through rigorous adherence to HFA Best Practice Standards, manages complex multi-county partnerships, and oversees financial stewardship of state and federal home visiting grants. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, collaborative community planning, and continuous quality improvement, the HFA Program Manager empowers local teams to deliver high quality, equitable services to pregnant and parenting families. As a strategic connector, coach, and program expert, this role advances the agency's mission to support healthier futures for infants, children, and families through coordinated, consistent, and compassionate public health programming.Minimum QualificationsMN Merit System Minimum QualificationsA Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in social work, psychology, sociology, public health, health education, planning, public administration, community health, urban planning, policy analysis, quantitive or statistical analysis or closely related field and three (3) years of experience with professional responsibility for planning or administrative functions such as coordinating or planning community programming for specific populations.ORA Master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in social work, psychology, sociology, public health, health education, planning, public administration, community health, urban planning, policy analysis, quantitive or statistical analysis or closely related health or human services field AND one (1) year of experience as a social worker, public health nurse, community health educator or related experience with some professional responsibility for planning or administrative functions such as coordinating or planning community programming for specific populations.The HSFMC comprehensive benefit package includes health insurance (including option for high-deductible health plan) with employer sharing in cost, employer-paid $20,000 term life insurance, earned sick and safe time, generous paid leave policy, and 11 paid holidays each year.
