Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or welding equipment Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude Proficient in English (both written and verbal) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Basic electrical knowledge is preferred Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong customer service skills Leadership and supervisory experience is desirable If you are a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization, we encourage you to apply.
