Developer 2 – Full Stack | Worx4U SoftwareLocation: Benbrook, TX (On-Site) Type: Full-Time Reports To: Lead Developer🚀 About Worx4UWe're not trying to be the next Facebook. We're doing something more interesting.Worx4U is building a proprietary, industry-agnostic data model designed to bring all of a business's critical applications — customer records, contracts, accounting, sales leads, messaging, service orders, and more — into a single, unified platform. One database. One source of truth. One place to run your entire operation.Think of it as enterprise-grade software built for the small and mid-size businesses that have always been underserved by the big players. We're giving them the power of a Fortune 500 tech stack at a price point that actually makes sense for their world. We're already live and serving customers in the septic services industry, with signed contracts in the retail electric provider space on deck — and that's just the beginning. Our roadmap spans the open market spectrum, and we're building the team now that will take us there. This is ground-floor opportunity. The problems are real, the customers are real, and the work you do here will matter immediately.🛠️ Tech StackOracle APEX · PL/SQL · SQL · Python · Twilio · REST APIs💻 The RoleFull stack developmentBusiness process improvementsUI/UX improvementsPython automationCustomer portalAPI integrationsGeneral team contributions⚡ What You'll Need to Hit the Ground RunningWithin your first 30 days, you're expected to be working proficiently with:SQL – Structured Query Language, inside and outPL/SQL – Oracle's Programmable Logic SQLOracle APEX – page creation, implementation, and process scriptingAPI architecture – integrations into and out of Oracle environmentsMessaging APIs – Twilio or comparable platformsWorx4U's Python robot systems – our proprietary automation layerThe Worx4U development process – we have a way we do things, and consistency mattersThis is a role for someone who learns fast, digs in, and figures things out.
