Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server at Lebanons Cafe, located in New Orleans, LA. The Food Server will assist guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, answering menu-related questions, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and working as part of a team to meet guests' needs efficiently. Qualifications Proven Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with guests and provide a satisfactory dining experience.Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including serving and handling food safely and efficiently.Basic understanding of Cooking concepts and the ability to coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to handle a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
